12 months of updates, downloads and email support, on the number of sites in your plan.
Do licenses renew automatically?
No. We email you before your license expires, and you renew from your account when you’re ready. You are never charged without placing an order.
What happens when my license expires?
The plugin stays installed and keeps working with the version you have. Updates, downloads and support stop until you renew.
Can I move my license to a new site?
Yes — deactivate it on the old site (or in your account), then activate it on the new one.
Can I upgrade to more sites?
Yes, at any time from your account. You keep the same license key.
Can I use a license on client sites?
Yes, on sites you build and manage for clients, up to your plan’s site limit. Please don’t share your key with others.
Billing
Which currency do you charge in?
US dollars (USD). Any taxes are shown at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, a full refund within 14 days of any payment. See the Refund Policy.
Plugins
Are the plugins open source?
Yes. All CraftRoq plugins are GPL licensed. The license key gives you updates and support.
Where do I download my Pro plugins?
From your account at portal.craftroq.com.
